Overview
Talent Acquisition Professional | MI & Reporting Lead location: Glasgow (Cadworks office) with permanent basis. The role focuses on management information reporting activity, working with BAU and Accounting owners to design and review out-of-the-box reporting for month-end close, operational, control, and core accounting reporting. Supports trend analysis, forecasting and data maintenance in the new system.
We are seeking a forward-thinking, task-oriented team member with strong knowledge of management reporting, forecasting and trend analysis, who can collaborate with multiple teams.

Day-to-day tasks
* Carry out MI-related dual run activities as part of the dual running process in the new ERP system, following project-defined policy and process flows
* Build professional relationships with Business Transformation teams across Sales, Time Pay Bill, Finance, Commissions, and Payroll to drive improvements in end-to-end MI processes
* Rationalise data elements, cleanse data, and conduct data migration activities per the strategy document
* Contribute to system configuration design and implementation to enable efficient future process flows
* Review existing reporting to determine alignment with business needs and assist in designing new reporting to support business activities
* Test reporting, forecasting and trend analysis to validate data and design
* Participate in test plan creation, test script definition, test execution, and training on test tools; monitor testing and assist with issue resolution
Skills and knowledge
* Approximately 5+ years’ experience in a Reporting functional role
* Excellent knowledge of financial and management reporting
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop complex financial reports
* Proficient in MS Office (VLOOKUPS, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) with strong formatting
* Working knowledge of financial systems and Power BI
