Pay: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
The requirements for role of Registered manager are:
Registered Managers must achieve or hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Related to Children and Young People
Experience with Residential childcare (3 years minimum)
Knowledge with Children Act 1989, Childrens Home Regulations 2015, Care Standards Act 2000, Safeguarding childrens procedures, Direct work skills, Management Systems and Childrens rights.
Leadership Skills
Management of budgets and project manage.
Be competent in managing and creating staff rotas.
Need to be committed in achieving the best outcome for children, flexible in achieving objectives.
