As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Services Procurement Manager to play a key role in developing our regional strategy and building a truly market‑leading practice. This is an opportunity to lead high‑value procurement programmes, influence senior stakeholders, and shape how customers engage with SOW‑based services.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder & Client Management
· Build and sustain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (e.g. Procurement Directors, IT Directors, Programme Leads).
· Act as a trusted advisor on procurement strategy, future requirements, and service optimisation.
Service Delivery & Pipeline Ownership
· Maintain a forward‑looking pipeline of Services Procurement needs.
· Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large and/or complex SOWs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
Team Leadership
· Line manage Services Procurement Specialists and oversee day‑to‑day coordination activity.
· Foster a high‑performing, collaborative culture across internal teams and supplier networks.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
· Ensure all services are delivered in line with our operating model and standards.
· Lead supplier onboarding activities, including MSA and rate card negotiations.
· Deliver against customer KPIs with a relentless focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Job requirements
What you'll bring
Essential
· Understanding of the key principles of contract law.
· Experience in project or programme delivery, including management of subcontractors.
· Proven ability to develop, inspire, and lead high‑performing teams.
Desirable
· Experience in procurement—either operationally or within an outsourced/MSP environment.
· CIPS or equivalent qualification.
· Familiarity with UK public sector procurement
· Knowledge of public‑sector frameworks such as NEPRO, MSTAR.
