Workplace Technician – Multi-Site Role
Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for workplace maintenance and customer service? We're looking for a Workplace Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of our offices. This role will be based from our Bristol Hub but involves frequent travel between Devon and Dorset, acting as the key point of contact for customers and contractors while ensuring our workplaces remain safe, functional, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs across multiple office locations, including:
Joinery, plumbing (e.g., unblocking sinks/toilets), and internal painting
General repairs and upkeep of office interiors and exteriors
Maintenance of parking areas, landscaped spaces, and storage areas
Act as an on-site representative, ensuring contractors deliver a professional service
Provide excellent customer service, responding to workplace issues efficiently
Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure high standards of workplace maintenance
Use IT systems to log work, manage tasks, and update maintenance records
What You'll Need:
Experience in office or workplace maintenance
Basic knowledge of heating and cooling ventilation systems (desirable)
Ability to carry out a range of minor repair tasks independently
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
Confidence in using various IT systems for work management
Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years) – as travel is a key part of the role
