Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of executive-level candidates Lead full-cycle recruitment across professional services including finance executives and business support roles Engage with both active and passive candidates, offering expert consultation Write compelling job adverts and optimise them across multiple job boards Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean and Linked-In Recruiter Brief candidates thoroughly on roles and prepare them for interviews Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments Arrange and manage the interview and onboarding process Place candidates into permanent and temporary roles Build relationships and generate repeat business with clients Mentor junior team members and serve as a role model At Hoop, the more you put in, the more you get out but were not your average sales machine.
