Duties as a Management Accountant:
* Ensure accurate closing of financial processes when purchasing vehicles, including handling finance deals and payments
* Process and verify parts invoices onto the dealership’s systems for accuracy
* Manage accounts before payments, ensuring all transactions are correctly authorised
* Oversee payroll functions in compliance with dealership policies as the Management Accountant
* Conduct banking transactions such as deposits and withdrawals to facilitate smooth financial operations
* Support broader financial and administrative tasks as required by the dealership management
Requirements:
* Proven experience in automotive or dealership management accounting
* Strong understanding of parts invoicing, payroll procedures, and banking within the motor trade
* Ability to perform financial closing tasks efficiently and accurately
* Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
* Familiarity with dealership finance systems and processes
* Prior experience with invoice processing, payroll management, and financial reconciliation
