This is a standout opportunity to join a well established organsiation as a senior Finance busineess Partner. This business is serious about long-term growth - and they need a commercially sharp finance leader to help drive it.
You'll lead a team of 4 and be working in a fast-paced, high-revenue area of the business. Expect big budgets, complex projects, and plenty of scope to make your mark. It's a role for someone who loves driving performance, influencing strategic decisions, and bringing energy to everything they do.
What you'll be doing:
* Challenging and supporting senior leaders to deliver strong financial performance
* Leading the team - developing people, processes, and pace
* Driving reporting simplification and delivering insightful, commercial analysis
* Playing a key role in 5-year planning, ROI reviews, and sustainability investment decisions
What you'll bring:
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
* Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
* A hands-on leadership style - able to both do and influence
