The position requires building and sustaining effective working relationships with Finance Hub (FHub) and business partners, becoming a reliable point of contact known for consistent delivery and measurable support. A continuous improvement mindset is essential, with a focus on identifying and implementing enhancements to financial processes, systems, and working practices to drive operational efficiency and service excellence. Qualifications & Experience Part qualified in final stages of ACA, ACCA or CIMA with 3 years experience within finance role. Proven track record of month-end close processes incorporating financial analysis. Experience partnering teams / people through understanding of technical accounting frameworks and problem solving. Being to go to person to consult on matters of subject expertise. Knowledge and understanding of SSC & R2R processes. Involvement in process improvement initiatives. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to obtaining appropriate supporting evidence Initiative-taking individual with proactive and curious nature, able to effectively manage multiple Stakeholders requirements whilst maintaining high quality throughout.
