Shift Allowance: Days £600+, Nights £800+ (Monthly)

What You'll Do:
* Gain hands-on experience operating state-of-the-art production equipment, adhering to cGMP and safety regulations.
* Contribute to incident investigations (RCA) and CAPA processes.
* Learn and apply cGMP, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
* Collaborate with QA professionals.
* Utilize performance tools and contribute to achieving operational KPIs.
* Develop your troubleshooting skills for equipment and digital issues.
* Enhance your understanding of compliance and safety procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
* Participate in a collaborative and supportive cross-functional team.
What We're Looking For:
