Responsibilities
* Provide cutting, colouring and styling services with a high level of skill and creativity.
* Use top‑of‑the‑line Wella products and Continuously develop new ideas for clients.
* Deliver excellent customer service, welcoming clients and ensuring they feel comfortable.
* Work collaboratively with the team, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues.
* Participate in ongoing training offered through the Terence Paul Hairdressing Academy.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years salon experience.
* Proven expertise in cutting, colouring and styling.
* Strong customer service skills and a confident, friendly demeanour.
* Self‑motivated with a team‑first attitude.
