The Department & Your Impact
* Exceptional Results: Lead a strong, innovative department with a proven track record of success. Recent A-Level results include over 80% A* to B in Economics and over 50% A* to B in Business Studies.
* Curriculum: Oversee and teach the Edexcel syllabus for both Economics and Business Studies at Key Stage 5 (Years 12 and 13).
* Leadership: You will be fully responsible for leading the department, managing its staff, preparing annual result analyses, and contributing to the school's culture of continuous improvement.
