The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leisure Club Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Leisure Club Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Leisure Club Manager in the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that our members receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities: Assisting the Leisure Club Manager in the day-to-day operations of the club. Providing leadership and direction to staff members, ensuring that they are motivated and engaged in their roles. Ensuring that the club is well-maintained and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order. Providing excellent customer service to members and addressing any concerns or complaints that they may have. Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new members. Managing staff schedules and ensuring that staffing levels are appropriate for the needs of the club. Conducting regular staff meetings to ensure that all staff members are up-to-date on club policies and procedures. Adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of members and staff at all times. Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
