Location: Banstead, Surrey
Pay: £90–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions)
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (with potential to go permanent)

Looking for a role where every day you make a difference? A welcoming school in Banstead is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team. You’ll be supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), helping them thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Learning Support Assistant (SEN) - The Role
In this role, you’ll:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN, including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
* Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to deliver personalised learning programmes
* Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels valued
* Adapt resources and approaches to meet each child’s needs
* Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
Learning Support Assistant (SEN) – Requirements
* At least 6 months’ experience as a Learning Support Assistant, SEN TA, or Teaching Assistant
* Experience supporting children with additional needs in a school setting
* A patient, encouraging, and reliable approach
* Relevant qualifications (such as CACHE Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) are a bonus, but not essential
