Burch Recruitment is expanding, and we are looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of hiring the right people at the right time.
You will play a key role in supporting and shaping our internal recruitment function, working closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver a smooth, compliant, and positive recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates across multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify current and future hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and engaging job adverts
2. Advertise vacancies across careers pages, job boards, and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
3. Source candidates through online channels, including professional networks and portfolio sites
4. Screen CVs and applications, keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process
