Strategic Asset Management: Support implementation of reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.

Asset Care Assessment: Conduct assessments with clients to review Reliability Pillars to understand existing practices, identify weaknesses/risks to enhance reliability, efficiency and aid strategic decision making.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse maintenance and asset performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Develop and track KPIs: Utilising data analytics to optimise maintenance interventions related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness (OEE, MTBF, MTTR, etc.).

Failure Analysis s Risk Mitigation: Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) for asset failures and chronic issues.

Continuous Improvement Leadership: Drive innovation in reliability engineering, adopting new technologies and methodologies.

Training & Development: Build technical competency within maintenance teams to enhance understanding of reliability centred maintenance [RCM] principles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with site teams to drive condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis, etc.) and embed long-term asset reliability goals.

Site support: Support maintenance and operations teams on reliability issues, best practices, and preventive maintenance strategies.

Forward-looking mindset for long-term reliability planning and capital investment recommendations.

Ability to lead major reliability initiatives, integrating emerging technologies such as IoT enabled predictive maintenance.

Process optimisation skills to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Ability to mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of proactive reliability improvement.

Strong stakeholder management, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Decision-making capability under pressure with an emphasis on risk management.
