Key Responsibilities of a SEN HLTA
Deliver learning activities under the direction of the teacher or SENCO
Provide support for pupils with SEN across the curriculum
Lead small groups or one-to-one sessions
Contribute to planning and assessment of pupil progress
Support behaviour management and promote positive engagementPerson Specification SEN HLTA
HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
