Levy UK & Ireland, part of Compass Group, seeks a General Manager to lead food & beverage delivery at Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium.
Responsibilities
* Lead strategic planning through strong client collaboration, structured execution, and market insight.
* Own end-to-end hospitality operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, quality, and consistency.
* Drive innovation, brand standards, and continuous improvement across all F&B service areas.
* Build, lead, and develop high‑performing hospitality teams with a focus on culture, communication, and engagement.
* Accountable for financial performance, using data‑driven insights to control costs and grow revenue.
* Build excellent stakeholder relationships, engaging clients and cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
* A naturally confident senior leader with experience inspiring large F&B operational teams.
* Passionate focus on food and hospitality.
* Proven experience managing diverse outlets and operational functions.
* Track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
* Proven record in leading projects and driving change.
* Commercially astute with P&L accountability.
* Influential communicator across all levels.
* Agile, resilient, solutions‑focused, able to work effectively under pressure.
* Ability to balance structured leadership with flexibility and teamwork.
