The Role As an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) – Property Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of assessment and delivery across property maintenance qualifications and/or apprenticeship standards. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring and supporting assessors to ensure consistent, high-quality assessment practice * Conducting sampling, standardisation, and verification activities in line with awarding body and regulatory requirements * Providing constructive feedback, coaching, and development support to assessment staff * Ensuring compliance with internal IQA processes, policies, and procedures * Supporting continuous improvement activity and contributing to audit and inspection readiness * Working collaboratively with delivery and quality teams to uphold best practice and learner outcomes This is a remote, freelance role, offering flexibility while maintaining professional impact. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will bring strong sector knowledge and a quality-driven mindset.
