Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a prestigious luxury hotel and fine dining destination that forms part of a world-renowned hotel collection. They are now looking to recruit an exceptional Head Pastry Chef to lead their pastry operation.

What's Involved?
Leading and managing the pastry section across fine dining and hotel operations
Creating, developing, and executing high-end dessert and pastry menus
Maintaining consistently exceptional standards of quality, flavour, and presentation
Working closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to deliver seamless service
Managing stock control, ordering, and food cost within the pastry department
Training, mentoring, and developing junior pastry chefs
Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety standards
Showcasing seasonal produce with creativity, precision, and technical excellenceWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or an accomplished Senior Pastry Chef ready to step up
Rosette and/or Michelin experience is essential
Background in luxury hotels or high-end fine dining environments
Strong leadership, organisation, and mentoring skills
