We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £28,425 per year, rising to £30,997 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
The role of Planner is a pivotal role in our Property Compliance team, reporting to the Compliance Supervisor, this role is responsible for all electrical and fire compliance for our housing stock, ensuring that Tai Tarian comply with all relevant electrical and fire legislation and regulations.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners this role includes scheduling follow-on remedial requirements and processing of certificates in a timely and effective manner, ensuring compliance in a number of disciplines.
To be successful in the role you will have previous experience or relevant transferable skills, a commitment to understand and learn technical aspects of all areas of the compliance service and some knowledge of fire and electrical compliance.
