We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Supplier Engagement, to significantly drive the growth and performance of our existing supplier base. This role is all about maximising value from our current operators to enhance our catalog quality. What You'll Do As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Supplier Engagement, you'll be instrumental in helping our suppliers thrive on our platform. Your core responsibilities include: Drive Supplier Growth & Optimisation: Collaborate with internal teams to help existing suppliers optimise their listings, effectively use our tools, and increase their earnings. You'll translate deep operator insights into actionable product and marketing initiatives. Maximise Availability & Expand Catalog: Lead efforts to expand available tours across our catalog. Boost Special Offers & Promotions: Develop and execute strategies to encourage operators to utilise our special offer tools. Elevate Listing Quality & Adoption: Champion operator adoption of features that elevate their listings, ensuring best-in-class presentation through high-quality media (images & video), improved Listing Quality Scores, and Product Tagging. Enhance Supplier CRM Lifecycle: Partner strategically with marketing teams to refine and optimise our supplier lifecycle CRM programs. Deliver Actionable Performance Insights: Empower operators with crucial data for their business decisions by working with relevant teams to deliver key operator insights. Lead New Feature GTM for Existing Operators: Plan and execute GTM strategies for introducing new features to our current operators. Ensure deep understanding of benefits, effective communication, and high adoption rates. Why This Role Is Critical Unlocking the full potential and maximising the value of our existing operator base is essential for sustained and accelerated growth. This senior role ensures we maximise revenue from our current catalog, empower our partners, and efficiently drive incremental business impact by fully leveraging the assets we already have. Qualifications We're looking for an experienced leader with: 5 years in product, product marketing, and/or marketing, with a strong focus on strategic impact in a B2B or marketplace context. Proven success translating complex business challenges into compelling value propositions and impactful marketing messaging. Demonstrated capacity to craft and execute holistic growth programs that drive adoption, engagement, and retention. Strong track record of translating supplier/customer needs into innovative product ideas or feature adoption strategies that result in widely adopted solutions. Willingness and ability to work with teams across multiple time zones (e.g., US and Europe). You Are Deeply Customer Oriented: You will be able to understand our operators' challenges and opportunities, consistently championing their needs. An Exceptional Communicator: Verbally, in writing, and visually, you distill complex information into clear, persuasive narratives. A Highly Collaborative Leader: You partner effectively across diverse internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Partner Success, Marketing) to achieve solutions.
