Are you passionate about providing quality care for individuals with learning disabilities and physical needs? Join our team at our 14-bed nursing home, where we create a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, emotional maturity, and a commitment to integrity and teamwork. Empathy, kindness, and adaptability are essential in delivering person-centred care. Full-time applicants are preferred, but part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
Shift patterns include: Early 07:00 - 14:30, Late 13:30 - 21:00, Twilight 15:30 - 23:00, and occasional Waking Nights 21:00 - 07:00.
