Key Responsibilities:
* Support classroom teaching across a variety of subjects
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help
* Assist in preparing learning materials and organising displays
* Help manage behaviour and track student progress
* Build strong working relationships with staff, pupils, and families
* Take part in regular training and receive ongoing support throughout the school year
