We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Preston from January 2026. This is a full-time position running until Friday 27th March 2026, offering an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in the ever-evolving world of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if applicable).
* Plan, prepare, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
* Contribute to the wider school community and departmental development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science and related technologies.
* A passion for teaching and motivating young people to achieve their potential.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
