Info about what the Field Service Engineering Manager role entails
As a key member of the Field Service Team you will contribute to delivering company growth goals and report into the Head of Customer Experience. You will be responsible for specific metrics within the department and for making strategic decisions to improve KPIs. You will be expected to undertake regular nation travel to build relationships with key customers and engineers whilst also providing them with support.
Some responsibilities include:
1. Managing field service personnel, providing effective support and assistance
2. Conduct regular 1-2-1s and bi-annual appraisals with direct reports
3. Monitor team performance, develop training plans and provide coaching as necessary.
