Overview
Support the in‑house legal team by providing a full and efficient administrative service to lawyers based in our Bristol office and remotely to lawyers in other locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with a wide range of administrative tasks covering environmental regulation, flood and coastal risk management, property, commercial, employment and information law, prosecution, and civil litigation services.
* Maintain case management system and Land Registry portal to support the delivery of environmental outcomes.
* Provide general office duties and support local and remote teams within Legal and Audit Services.
* Prioritise workload, adapt to changing deadlines and present tasks in a timely manner.
* Comply with requirements for regular attendance in Bristol, even though remote work options are available.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous office support experience with the ability to work mainly unsupervised.
* Highly organised, self‑motivated, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable working in a digital environment.
* Team‑player who demonstrates initiative and flexibility within the Legal and Audit Services.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage resources under varying deadlines.
