Job Description
* Maintain the client's company statutory registers
* Assist clients with Incorporation of Companies and LLP, opening bank accounts, and other corporate service requests
* Perform KYC and Due Diligence work for customers, during the onboarding process
* Maintain corporate records to serve as a point of reference for compliance issues
* Preparation of Annual General Meeting documents and Filing of annual returns
* Sending invoices for billing and renewals for client services
* Reminders to Clients for filing deadlines
* Perform other corporate or business-related requests from clients, where necessary.
Requirements
* Minimum 1–3 years of corporate secretarial experience in Singapore
* Familiar with ACRA BizFile+ system and Companies Act requirements
* Experience handling share transfers, officer changes, and annual filings
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and responsible
* Good written and spoken English
* Mandarin‑speaking ability preferred to liaise with Chinese‑speaking clients
* Prior experience in corporate service firms is an advantage
