Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in our newly refurbished office in Camberley for a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will establish relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and assist clients in making informed decisions about property purchases and sales. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include consulting with clients, showing properties from £100,000 to £1.75 m, negotiating deals, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role demands a proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a sales‑driven mindset.
Qualifications
* Strong sales skills.
* Exceptional customer service and satisfaction skills to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
* Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a results‑driven approach.
* A valid driver’s licence is required, and local area knowledge is advantageous.
* Previous experience in estate agency is required.
