Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a dual-role position, split between administrative functions (50%) and pricing support (50%). This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Customer Support (50%)
1. Follow up with customers within agreed timescales after quotes have been issued.
2. Assist with the preparation, accuracy, and distribution of pricing information.
3. Liaise with customers to answer queries and provide additional support.
Administrative Support (50%)
4. Provide day-to-day admin support to the Office Manager and wider team.
5. Monitor and manage office emails, phone calls, and general correspondence.
6. Maintain and administer company social media platforms (Facebook / LinkedIn).
7. Collate, check, and approve staff timesheets.
8. Work with the Finance team to ensure compliance procedures are correctly followed.
9. Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth organisation.
10. Arrange travel and accommodation for management when required.
11. Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a professional first point of contact.
Skills & Experience
12. Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or pricing support role.
13. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
15. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms.
16. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
