Flexibility is important; you should be able to cover a variety of shifts including days, nights, sleep-ins, and waking watches. Our care services operate 24/7, so we value flexibility and will accommodate your availability.
As a Support Worker/Care Assistant, you will help plan and support individuals to achieve their wishes and aspirations. Our person-centered approach involves co-producing plans with individuals and their families to promote positive outcomes. This role offers valuable experience and skill development for a career in adult social care.
