The Business Execution role primarily focuses on resource planning and expense management in partnership with Finance, HR, and Senior Management, while acting as a trusted and strategic partner to senior leadership. Daily responsibilities include:
* Acting as execution partners to the business unit leader, responsible for driving operational efficiency, providing functional governance oversight, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, and supporting the leadership team in achieving business objectives.
* Facilitating the adoption of workforce planning initiatives across functions and businesses, developing strategic direction, and establishing plans to meet objectives and timelines.
* Managing finance, headcount, and resource tracking/planning in line with the approved budget.
* Planning resource skills and monitoring organizational health.
* Serving as a liaison between senior management and global function partners (HR, Finance, Legal, ICRM, etc.).
* Driving the implementation of key strategies, promoting a positive organizational culture, and enhancing engagement and communication strategies across stakeholder groups.
* Coordinating activities across multiple areas within the business unit, planning for business continuity, and establishing action plans with designated owners to drive business priorities.
