Highly successful Family Office are looking to recruit an experienced Performance Analyst to join their small but dynamic team. The team covers performance reporting for a diverse range of investment strategies including Equity, Fixed Income, Private Equity and Hedge Fund strategies.
You would be responsible for delivering all investment performance reporting and attribution to the Investment teams and client. Responsibilities include:
1. Delivering Monthly/Quarterly Performance and Investment Reports within the agreed deadlines
2. Calculating performance attribution for all investment strategies
3. Analysing and build reports in the new performance reporting database
4. Oversight of the Custodians performance reporting teams
5. Proactively look at ways of improving processes and delivery
To be considered for this role you would must have extensive experience in Performance analysis and have knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income (knowledge of PE and Hedge Fund strategies would be highly beneficial). You will have outstanding Excel skills with the strong analytical ability to analysis and create reports in the new system. The role is in a small team so you must be hands on, proactive and hardworking. Educated to degree level or equivalent. Performance qualification or the CFA would be beneficial.
