We’re looking for an Insights Analyst to join our Commercial Insights team, playing a key role in supporting Ferrero’s Field Sales function in the Grocery channel. If you’re naturally curious with a head for numbers, and love transforming data into actionable insights, this is your chance to make an impact with one of the world’s most exciting FMCG companies. What you’ll be doing Using market, consumer, trade, and field data to build compelling selling stories for Ferrero. Sharing performance success stories with retailer account teams to drive engagement. Recommending where Field Sales efforts should focus to deliver maximum ROI. Supporting promotional campaigns with pre-analysis, wrap-ups, and strategic recommendations. Delivering insights to support Field Channel Heads with KPIs and business priorities. Conducting regular field visits to ensure consistency across Field Execs and Operations. Collaborating with the Data team to enhance reporting tools and ad-hoc analysis. What we’re looking for: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables essential) A natural with numbers – A-Level Maths (or higher) preferable Curious and detail-driven, with a passion for finding those “golden nuggets” in data Excellent communicator – able to turn numbers into stories that inspire action Confident presenting insights and recommendations to clients Organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage your own workload A full clean UK driving licence Based within a reasonable commute of Thame, Oxfordshire Bonus points for: FMCG / Field Sales experience Power BI knowledge Why join us?
