We're hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers within a high-growth SaaS business operating at the intersection of AI, data and workforce technology.
This is a highly visible individual contributor position where you'll directly influence customer success, product evolution and long-term commercial growth.

You Must Have
✔ Experience owning enterprise customer relationships
✔ Experience managing strategic accounts worth £1M+ ARR
✔ Experience leading renewals, retention and expansion conversations
✔ Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
✔ Experience delivering QBRs, EBRs and strategic account plans
✔ Strong commercial awareness and growth mindset
✔ A product-first approach to customer success
✔ Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Delivery teams
✔ A genuine desire to remain in a hands-on customer-facing role
