Learning & Development Administrator Location: Hartford Care Central Support Office - Basingstoke Hours: Full time Reports to: Learning & Development Manager The Role If you’re the kind of person who loves bringing order to beautiful chaos: spreadsheets, LMS dashboards, calendar and third-party providers, then you might just be our person. As our Learning & Development Administrator, you’ll be the behind-the scenes keeping our training world spinning. You’ll help us make sure every team member across Hartford Care gets the learning, support, and confidence they need to thrive. You’ll manage the flow of information through our Learning Management System (TalentLMS), support our homes with training queries, track compliance, and keep our records and processes as polished as our values. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating and tracking training across all Hartford Care homes Supporting the rollout of new eLearning and face-to-face sessions Support in keeping our LMS tidy, up to date, and full of useful learning content Helping managers and team members navigate training queries with warmth and clarity Producing reports that keep everyone informed and on track Making sure all our training activity supports CQC compliance (and looks good doing it!)
