Ideally, we are looking for a specialist in Maths or Science, but all subject areas will be considered. This role involves delivering tailored lessons to small groups or individual learners, helping to support their academic progress alongside their social, emotional, and personal development. While experience in a special school is preferred, it is not essential, and we welcome applications from teachers with a genuine interest in inclusive education. You will play an important role in developing individual learning plans, collaborating with families, external agencies, and colleagues to ensure each pupil’s needs are met. In addition to teaching responsibilities, you will contribute to the wider school community through the planning of activities, managing support staff within the classroom, and taking part in ongoing school development initiatives. While QTS is desirable, Early Career Teachers and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants will also be considered for this position.
