Join to apply for the Rest of World (RoW) Sales lead role at Kingspan Water & Energy.

Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for international markets and technical sales? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to take full ownership of our Water BU product sales across Rest of World (RoW) markets, including the Middle East, South Africa, Caribbean, and South America. In this role you will shape strategy, manage key accounts, and build a high-performing network of agents and partners. You will be the driving force behind our international growth, delivering world-class service and profitable sales.

Benefitting from 70 years of experience, Kingspan Klargester offers a range of reliable wastewater and SuDS management solutions, along with expert service and maintenance. Our Klargester product range includes sewage treatment plants, fuel and oil separators, and pumping stations. We strive to be industry leaders in driving global change in the design and manufacturing of sustainable water storage and protection, dedicated to achieving sustainability, quality and innovation. Our wastewater and surface water products suit settings including homes, schools, government buildings, hotels, airports, and more.


What You Will Do

* Own the full sales cycle for RoW markets—from enquiry to delivery
* Provide technical guidance and quotations to customers
* Build and manage a strong pipeline via our CRM system
* Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Finance, and Transport teams
* Coordinate export documentation and pre-shipment inspections
* Develop and maintain relationships with agents and partners
* Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion
* Deliver sales targets and contribute to strategic planning
* Present insights and reports to senior leadership
* Champion compliance, safety, and quality standards


What You'll Bring

* Proven experience in international sales, ideally in water, wastewater, or surface water sectors
* Strong technical understanding and commercial acumen
* Excellent communication and presentation skills at senior level
* Cultural awareness, especially in Middle Eastern markets
* Degree-level education or equivalent desirable but not essential
