This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on modernising systems, delivering digital innovation, and supporting business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee IT operations, ensuring continuity and security across all systems and networks.
* Lead infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration, and the transition to outsourced service desk support.
* Deliver advanced 2nd/3rd line support and manage key applications (EPOS, ERP, CRM, workforce systems).
* Drive the implementation of digital tools like mobile ordering, loyalty platforms, and AI-powered chatbots.
* Manage cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring strong adoption and measurable business impact.
* Provide technical leadership, ensuring alignment between IT strategy and business goals.
