Qualifications
Even if you've never thought about working in care, you probably have the life experience and skills we're looking for: kindness, empathy, and patience. If you have a knack for making people smile, then you already have the skills to be a great Care Professional, so no prior experience of care is required. All your paid training will take place at our office in Chichester with our award-winning training team. You will need a driving licence and your own vehicle.
