Role Description
As an Events Coordinator at HiO Golf, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering golf events across the UK.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth event delivery, managing on-site operations, and providing a premium experience for clients and players.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating event logistics and planning
* Liaising with golf clubs, clients, and event organisers
* Managing on-site delivery of events and activations
* Acting as the main point of contact during events
* Supporting sales activity and client relationships
* Ensuring a high standard of customer experience at every event
This is a full-time position with regular travel required.
Qualifications
* Experience in event planning and event management
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience in sales and building client relationships
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the sports or events industry is a plus
* Flexible with working hours, including occasional weekends
