WHAT’S THE JOB?
We need someone to bring structure and clarity to our creative processes. A seasoned Creative Operations Director familiar with studio workflows who’s hands-on and strategic.
This senior role involves ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and smoothly managed. You’ll oversee resource planning, system improvements, and team coordination, working closely with leadership and clients.
You’ll also be involved in daily operations, client communication, and possibly managing a network of freelancers and vendors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage daily and strategic operations of the studio.
* Develop systems and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
* Plan and optimize resource utilization and capacity.
* Oversee project delivery from start to finish.
PROJECT & ACCOUNT OVERSIGHT
* Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets.
* Handle escalations and solve project issues.
* Collaborate with clients and creative teams to deliver excellent work.
CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
* Lead delivery for key clients.
* Support proposals with operational insights and cost estimates.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
* Align client expectations with team capacity and creative goals.
TEAM & CULTURE
* Foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
* Help attract and retain top talent, including freelancers.
COMMERCIAL & STRATEGIC INPUT
* Track studio performance metrics.
* Assist in business planning and growth strategies.
* Support pitches and client discussions with operational data.
