The Head of Service Delivery will ideally have: Proven experience in senior operational leadership within a fast-paced or service-oriented environment. Experience delivering SaaS (Software as a Service) based solutions Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Expertise in process improvement and operational optimisation. Experience implementing technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability (knowledge of RPA or AI tools is a plus).
