Your duties will include:
Preparing, producing, and presenting meals to the highest standards.
Assisting in menu planning for our restaurant and event facilities.
Encouraging and developing your team members.
Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Managing food deliveries and stock control.
Demonstrating creativity and innovation in your work.
The successful candidate will have a passion for quality food, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
