You will play a key role in coordinating deliveries, liaising with suppliers and transport partners, and helping ensure products reach customers efficiently and on time. Permanent position Location: Godalming Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum depending on experience Working hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm Opportunity to join a supportive team within a growing company Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations Work closely with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to manage shipments and deliveries Track and monitor shipments, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and logistics documentation Provide timely updates to customers and colleagues regarding delivery status Support the wider operations team with logistics administration and coordination Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within logistics processes Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, coordination, or a similar role Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks Excellent communication skills when liaising with suppliers, couriers, and customers Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order or logistics management systems Ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment Our Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
