Benefits of being a Lettings Area Director at haart Estate Agents in North London:
1. Complete on-target earnings of £120,000+
2. £40,000 to £60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
3. £3,500 for your first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline

Essential Skills of a Lettings Area Director at haart Estate Agents in North London:
15. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
16. Minimum of 3 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Branch Manager position or higher
17. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
18. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
19. The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
20. The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
21. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
22. Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
23. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
24. Ability to work under own initiative
25. Good telephone manner
26. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
