About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Business Finance Controller to join our global organization. This is a strategic and operational role responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our Sales & Fabrication functions (CSCs). The successful candidate will lead financial planning, analysis, reporting, and forecasting, acting as a trusted business partner to senior management to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
1. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with business objectives.
2. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
3. Monitor key KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
Controlling & Reporting:
4. Collaborate with accounting on monthly reporting for revenue and cost allocation.
5. Prepare management reports and present financial performance, explaining variances vs. budget and forecasts.
Business Partnering:
6. Work closely with department heads to support decision-making with financial insights.
7. Act as a trusted advisor, challenging assumptions and supporting strategic initiatives.
8. Support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost optimization programs.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
9. Monitor working capital and manage receivables, payables, and inventory efficiently.
10. Oversee Capex process and prepare business cases where needed.

11. Proven experience in a global company (mandatory).
12. Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
14. Private equity experience is an advantage.
15. Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment with a strategic mindset.
