Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Integration Lead to join their team.
The main purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the integration of Company M into the Company K entity within a compressed timeline, ensuring technical accuracy, clear documentation, and minimal disruption to ongoing UK Finance operations
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £500 per day, depending on experience.
This role is full-time and temporary ongoing. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.00pm with a 3.30pm finish on Friday
Reporting to the Finance Director your responsibilities will include:
Own and drive the end-to-end integration plan
Coordinate cross-entity workstreams and stakeholders
Support VAT TOGC, PAYE migration and Corp Tax treatment alongside Group & External advisor
Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders
Confirm post-transfer management reporting structure
Support preparation of March fair value adjustments
Ensure correct entity allocation and robust documentation
The ideal candidate:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Strong technical accounting background
Experience in entity integrations or carve-out
ERP implementation or migration experienc
PLC reporting environment exposure
