Bristol Area | Full-Time | £29,426 - £32,189 per annum
A highly regarded college in the Bristol area is looking for a confident, customer-focused Admissions Officer to join its central team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people find the right path, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, impartial advice to prospective learners on courses, funding, and enrolment
Process applications and manage learner admissions using CRM systems
Deliver exceptional front-line service via phone, email, online, and in-person
Represent the college at open days, events, and outreach sessions
Support compliance with funding rules, data protection, and safeguardingWhat You’ll Need:
5 GCSEs incl. Maths & English (or willingness to gain Level 2 qualifications)
Strong communication and admin skills
Customer service experience (ideally in education or training)
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
CRM/database experience is a plusThis is a full-time role (37 hours/week) with generous holiday, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative team environment.
