6. Prepare comprehensive reports on financial controls and present findings to senior management.
7. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving queries promptly.
8. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry regulations.
9. Advise on risk management strategies and their implementation within the business.
10. Provide training and guidance on financial control processes to relevant team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controls Manager should have:
11. A strong background in Accounting & Finance, preferably within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
12. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
13. Proficiency in financial control frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
