Are you a CRM expert ready to take ownership of a high-impact platform? We’re recruiting on behalf of a dynamic organisation seeking a CRM Manager to lead the optimisation and evolution of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage the day-to-day performance of the CRM, drive user adoption, and deliver continuous improvements aligned to business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the D365 CE platform across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
* Lead CRM configuration, data integrity, and user support.
* Drive CRM strategy, adoption, and training across the organisation.
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver change and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules).
* Proven track record in CRM management, configuration, and optimisation.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Experience with Power Platform and integrations is a plus.
